Can I try Pro features before paying?

Yes. Every new account gets a 14-day Pro trial with full access to all features. No credit card required.

How do team seats work?

Manager ($29/mo) includes 25 seats and Coach ($149/mo) includes 100 seats. Each seat gives a team member full access to team features: peer ratings, shared radars, analytics, and more. Managed users don't need their own subscriptions — their access is covered by your plan.

Can I add more seats beyond what's included?

Yes. You can purchase seat top-up packs at any time: 1 seat for $9/mo, or save 20% with bulk packs of 5 ($36/mo) or 10 ($72/mo). Top-ups are added to your existing subscription and billed monthly.

How does the Coach plan work?

The Coach plan ($149/mo) is designed for professional coaches and consultants. It includes 100 seats for your clients, whitelabel branding, client-facing reports, and a public listing in our coach directory where professionals can discover you and request introductions. Your clients get a branded experience without needing their own subscriptions.

Can I switch plans?

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you downgrade, you keep access to your current features until the end of your billing period.

Is my data safe?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Peer ratings are anonymised by design. We are GDPR compliant and your data is exportable and deletable at any time.

What happens to my radars if I downgrade to Free?

Your radars and history are preserved. You just can't create more than 3 or access Pro features. Upgrade again anytime to regain full access.
