By accessing or using SkillRadar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

SkillRadar is a professional skills development platform that provides skill self-assessment, radar chart visualisation, AI-powered action plans, goal tracking, and confidential peer feedback tools.

2a. Support service and human operators

SkillRadar provides an AI-powered support chat to help you with questions and issues. A human operator from our support team may join your support conversation to help. When they do, they'll be clearly identified in the chat UI as a team member (not the AI assistant). Human operators can view the conversation history and the context our AI agent has gathered about your account in order to help you.

Support conversations may also be reviewed by our team to improve support quality. See the Privacy Policy for details on how support conversation data is handled.

3. Account registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access other users' data without authorisation
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use automated systems to access the service beyond provided APIs
  • Submit false or misleading peer ratings

5. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to SkillRadar. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

6. AI-generated content

AI-powered suggestions are provided as recommendations only. They do not constitute professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to act on AI suggestions.

7. Service availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
